Tuesday (White)
1. Laptop Pick up/ CEP Assembly - Schedule for day - 8:00
- Freshman report to advisor - and pick up laptops between - 8:00 - 8:10
and then remain in their advisor until 8:35
- Sophomores will go to advisor - take attendance and then report to YPAC
for the CEP presentation. (Pick two students that will pick up laptops after
assembly.) The CEP presentation will go from 8:05 - 8:25. After assembly
two students picked will go to lab and pick up laptops and take them back
to advisor. Other students will return to advisor and stay until 8:35.
- Juniors will go to advisor - take attendance and then report to YPAC
for the CEP presentation. (Pick two students that will pick up laptops after
assembly.) The CEP presentation will go from 8:05 - 8:25. After assembly
two students picked will go to the lab and pick up laptops and take them
back to advisor. Other students will return to advisor and stay until 8:35.
- Seniors will report to advisor and stay in advisor until 8:35.
1. Stand Up meeting - Hill's Room - 7:40 - followed by Grade Level Advisor Meeting -
(CEP, P1 Nuts and Bolts)
2. Extended Advisory - 9:00 - 9:25 after attendance report to:
- Grade 9 - Spirit Week Planning Meeting - Gym
- Grades 10 & 11 combine for CEP Information Session Gr. 10 & Gr. 11 groups & locations for CEP discussion
- Grade 12 - Graduation Information - YPAC
1. Special Programming - Poetry Out Loud - YPAC - 9:53 - 10:58
Students report to Period 3 - take attendance and then go to YPAC.
