Monday (Blue)
1. Period 3 - return to advisor. 
Grade 9 - service project work,  Service project presentation planning
Grades 10 & 11 - CEP work, 
Grade 12 - remain in advisor, can sign out with Open Campus privileges
2.  Faculty time - 3:00 - room 500 - Stand up then discuss E-learning, bring your laptop.  Will be using Google Classroom and Hangouts (see Alice prior to meeting if you do not use these). Please take a few minutes to complete this survey regarding your needs or concerns related to E-learning.

Wednesday (Blue) 
1. Faculty time - room 500 - 
2. All School Assembly - after attendance report to the YPAC, grades 9-11 sit in assigned area, grade 12 - sit in senior section
3. Registration Conferences - 4:00-8:00

Thursday (White) 
1.  Field trip - Houston/Noack - NYC (remind students to leave laptops home), students will be dismissed at 11:15. students attending
2. Registration Conferences - 4:00-8:00

Friday (Blue) 
1.  Wear Jeans Friday
2.  Field trip - Boys to Men workshop 8:00-2:45 students invited to attend
3.  Grade 9 field trip permission forms due to their social studies teacher by end of today

1. Interview Skills Workshop for Juniors - 2:50-3:30 in room 500
2. Faculty time - Quarter 3 Progress report time & flex time

Tuesday (Blue) 
1. Leadership team meeting - 3:00-4:30 - room 501
2. 8th grade transition conference @ HMS. 3:30-7:30 - (current grade 10 advisors)

Wednesday (White) 
1. Qu. 3 Progress report comments out today
2. Faculty meeting 7:40 - Stand up  room 501 then grade level time to cover conference materials
3. Field trip - MaryBeth Neault - 10:30-2:00 students attending
4. 8th grade transition conference @ HMS  3:30-7:30- (current grade 10 advisors)
5. One Act public performance 8:00, with a free cake reception prior

Thursday (Blue) 
1. One Act performance for the school - after taking period 3 attendance, report to the YPAC (grades 9-11 sit by advisor, grade 12 - sit in front)
2.  One Act performers will be dismissed from period 2 
3. Field trip - YHS choir students to HMS - 2:10 (meet in front of main office)

Friday (White) 
1.  Wear Jeans Friday
2.  Field trip - Boys to Men workshop 8:00-2:45 students invited to attend
3.  One Act Regional Festival attendees will arrive by noon.  They will stay in the 400 wing area

Tuesday
1. Early dismissal @ 2:35 - Unified Basketball . Unified basketball roster

Wednesday
1.  Seniors will report to the YPAC after attendance for 10 minutes, then return to advisor for remainder of the time
2.  All school assembly may run 15-20 minutes into period 2.  Reminder..if you are a teacher presenting your classes in the assembly and teach seniors period 2...please get coverage.
3.  Early dismissal @ 2:20 - Nordic ski team  Nordic ski team roster

**reminder if you hear of a student leaving early for break, please ask them to come to the main office to complete necessary paperwork if they haven't already done so.
