Re: [YHSFaculty] [YHSStaff] Week at a Glance - 1/22 - 1/26

Just a quick clarification:  We will start our PD session this afternoon at 3:00 in the YPAC.  

For those staff members who have not yet had their picture taken for the yearbook, two photographers will be at the ready to take your picture as painlessly and efficiently as possible between 2:45 and 3:00 right outside the YPAC.

Monday (Blue)
1. Faculty Meeting - 2:50 start in YPAC for SST presentation including pieces of the Angst documentary, then break out groups in nearby rooms;  Faculty will return to YPAC for Andrew's facilities presentation starting at 4:00
     
Tuesday (White)
Schedule for the day - modified schedule
1. Special Programming:  Angst Film & Workshops - 12:06 - 1:37
    - Seniors are not allowed to sign out.
   - Students will report to advisor and take attendance and then go to YPAC.
2. Leadership Team Meeting - 3:00 - Room - 501
   Minutes

Wednesday (Blue)
1. Stand up Meeting - Hill's Room - 7:40 - followed by Learning Areas
2. Grades Due by 9:15 am.
   (Close out of grade books - 9:30 - 10:30 and Verification will be back in teacher's    
      boxes by 3:00 PM) 
3. All School Assembly - after attendance report to Gym - 9:00
   (**Assembly may run over and period 2 will begin at 9:35)
         
Thursday (White)
1. Special Programming - Grades 11 & 12 - Langston Hughes Performance  - Period 3
   - Seniors are not allowed to sign out. 
   - Students report to period 3 class for attendance and then to YPAC.  If you teach all juniors and seniors, please go to the YPAC with your class.

Friday (Blue)
1. Verification Sheets should be turned in to Amy by 8:15
    (Teachers close out of gradebooks from 8:15 to 9:30)
