1. School Photo retakes - 9:30-11:30 - gym - for students that want to have their picture retaken or did not have their picture taken in September.  No specific schedule - students can go at a break in class, or at break/lunch.

2. Clipper Catch Up -  please review prior to  Monday afternoon 2019-2020 Clipper Catch-Up Information for Staff and Students

3. Stand up meeting followed by LA - 3:00-4:30 - room 500

4. Biotechnology field trip - 3 students attending:  Kate Siegel, Eleanor Donahue, and Kelsey Nihezagirwe  8:00-2:45

1.  Early dismissal

Wednesday (Blue)

1.  Faculty time - 7:40 - 8:55 - Streams - Library

2.  Advisors check the "alpha by advisor" sheet on this spreadsheet to let advisees know which teachers have requested them for CC-U.

3. In advisor students fill out the CC-U form that has been emailed to them to request to meet with teachers.

4.  Grade 10 class meeting - 9:05 - after attendance and CC-U review (5 minutes), report to the YPAC

Thursday (White)

1.  Advisors check the "Alpha by advisor" sheet on this spreadsheet to show advisees which students were additionally requested for CC-U time.
