Collection Collection - Information

Monday (White)
 1. Junior Advisors - please remind advisees taking SATS on Tuesday:
      - Report directly to assigned rooms - 7:50 (same as last week for Science Exam)
      - Leave laptops at home.
      - Bring a calculator.
      - Bring #2 pencils.
      - Bring a snack - will not be allowed to go to CAFE
      - Students will be dismissed after finishing the SATs - 1:15 PM
      - CAFE will remain open so students can have lunch after SATs.
      - Cell phones will be collected - best to leave in your car or at home.

             Stand up Meeting followed by Tech Tip & Portfolio Time

Tuesday (Blue)
1. Grades due by 8:15 am.
   (Close out of grade books - 8:15 - 9:30 and Verification sheets will be back in mailboxes by 3:00)
2 . Juniors - SAT's  - 7:50 - approximately 1:15
     **Students will be dismissed after completing exam.
       Information for students:

Wednesday (White)

2. All School Assembly - Student Senate - 9:00 - 9:25 (after attendance, head to YPAC)
3. Special Programming - Junior Class - Junior Privileges - 9:25
     **Juniors will remain in YPAC after assembly and will be late for period 2.

4. League of Women Voters - Voter Registration - during both Lunches - YPAC Lobby
     Students must have:  driver's license, or state ID or passport or birth certificate.
     Allowed to do this if they will turn 18 by November 15th. 

Thursday (Blue)

Last Day of School Prior to Vacation
1. Verification Sheets should be turned in to Amy by 8:15.
   (Close out of grade books - 8:15 - 9:30)
   (Extracurricular eligibility notifications to students by 1:00PM)
2. Field Trip -Pitman - UMO - 7:30 - 2:45
3. Special Programming - Naturalization Ceremony - YPAC - 10:00 (please dismiss grade 9 and 10 students at 9:55)
     Grades 9 and Grades 10 and Asian Studies class - attending this ceremony
     Seating Arrangements - YPAC - link

  **Due to Meghan Casey - Friday, April 26th by 4:00 PM
     PRESIDENT: you must be an incoming senior (so current junior), and have at least one year on senate.
        VP : you must be an incoming sophomore, junior or senior and have at least year on senate.
       CLERK: you must be an incoming sophomore, junior or senior and have at least one year on senate.
