  • Planning for CEP week - As we begin to plan for class coverage coverage for March 21-23, please complete the following GoogleForm* by Monday, March 12.  Please be mindful of the following four options for staff during these days:

  • Visiting a CEP site as a grade 10/11 advisor

  • Teaching your class(es)

  • Assisting with coverage in the building

  • Working collaboratively or individually as approved by administration

                     *Freshman - have class on Wed. only
                     *Seniors - have class on Thursday and Friday only.

Monday (Blue)

1.  Period 3 in extended advisor
          Grade 9 - Power of One - Time Line -with advisor
          Grade 10 and 11 - CEP -Time Line with advisor
          Grade 12 - report to advisor to leave belongings, take attendance and report to YPAC
                            Prep for Senior Day and graduation.

YEF Grants Schedule:

March 19-23: Superintendent Dolloff reviews grants. 

March 27-April 4: Grants Committee & Board members have time to read and review applications. 

April 2 & 3: Presentation nights at YHS! Please note, if only one presentation night is needed, we will hold it on Tuesday 4/3

April 9: YEF Board meeting to approve Grant Committee recommendations.

Grant winners are announced before April vacation!
