Important End of Year Information and Links from Eric:

1. Final Checklist - Please access this link:  end of year checklist  (copies went in your mailbox as well)

2. Facilities - Please review the following information from Bruce

• 100 wing Painting - For the high school all the sheet rocked walls in the 100 wing will be painted; teachers should remove everything off their walls in that wing.
  
• ​Plants/Holiday decorations - R
  emove plants for the summer and Christmas tree lights that are still up in some of the buildings in classrooms
  
• Shredding  - Should only be for confidential material anything else can go into the recyclable bins
  
• ​​Classroom furniture - 
  If you have any idea that there may be a classroom short on desk, tables, chairs it would be great to let me (Bruce) know as soon as possible. We have no extra furniture in storage. 

3. Updated Cornerstone List       Missing/Incomplete List of Cornerstones

4. Students leaving early - If students have not turned in a planned absence form, please email Jenn Lainey and Alice Barr as we need to ensure students turn in all laptops and end-of-year obligations.  

Monday:

Tuesday:

1. Period 5B - Final Assessment  - 8:00  9:30

2. Period 5W - Final Assessment - 10:00 - 11:30

3. Turn in laptop if finished with Assessments - to Advisor

1. Make up Assessments - 8:00 - 9:30

2. GradeBooks are Closed and Quit - 8:30 - 9:15

3. Verifications in Teacher's Boxes - 10:00

4. Verifications turned in to Office - 12:00

5. Grades Close - 12:30

6. Staff Photo and Luncheon - YHS Cafe - 11:30

7. District Ice Cream Social - YHS Cafe - 2:30
